The old one was starting to look dusty and dated, and in true NXS tradition we’ve started from scratch. 2012 is a big year for NXS Computers, we’ve already got this gleaming new flagship of a site, and we’ve already launched our amazing value business support packages. To celebrate our new page going live we’re going to be releasing a discount for anybody visiting our store through our website! stay tuned for more news.

We have listened to your feedback and have realised that people find it hard dropping in on their way home from week, so from today (15/03/2012) we will be opening and closing an hour earlier weekdays and opening on Saturday Mornings!

These times will be steadily expanding but for now its just a taster of great things to come!

We are having internet problems ourselves currently, with our provider making a patchwork of the road and a mountain out of the problem, but a cunning solution to the current problem has been found, our posters are ordered, and we are getting ready to open the doors to our repairs centre. 

With all this going on I thought I should take a moment to mention what we do and how we do it in a more personal way.

I’ll start with the reason for adding a blog, at NXS Computers we use WordPress (which is primarily a blogging tool) as a framework for all of our Web Design services. Even our own site is created using this framework, so until now we have been overlooking the power of blogging.

My motivation for starting NXS Computers was to bring great value Computer repair services to the masses, I realised that my big competitors basically charge as much as they can get away with then a little more, you only have to take the “big boy” PC chain to see that you’re not getting value for money. So with that in mind I started my little computer repair company, I decided I was going to undercut the big competitors (not hard), and undercut some of the local business that were charging the earth for sub-standard computer services (I must point out “some”, not all). The only other key to my business is that I always try to provide the best service, better than anybody else around. My father once told me “never leave a customer satisfied only leave them Delighted”.

We realised that we spent a lot of time travelling between jobs and going backwards and forwards. Also there was the very real problem of having no space to work in.

So now you can come to us, drop your computer off and either wait for your repair if its quick, or pop back later to pick your computer up. It also makes our web design customers happier because we’re actually in to take their enquiries!
