We strongly believe in customer satisfaction, we have a number of policies in place to ensure you get the best value service.
# We make it absolutely clear how much each job will cost, if we tell you your repair will cost £35 labour, then it will only cost £35 labour. We have no hidden charges.
# We don't charge any Hourly rate, many of our competitors charge by the hour. But why should you have to pay more for a slower repair?
# All of our repairs are No-Fix / No-Fee (unless otherwise stated)
. If we can't fix it why should you have to pay?
# We guarantee all parts for 6 Months, we only use parts from good manufacturers, and make no secret about it. We are confident they wont go wrong and we will not charge to fit any faulty hardware replaced under warranty.
# We do not charge a local call out fee*, if you live within 15 miles of North Hykeham you do not pay us a penny to come out.
# We have an absolute passion for what we do, This makes a huge difference to the way we carry out work, we care for your machine, and its in our interest as well as yours to make it work to its potential.

Regarding Factory Resets: As resets are very time consuming and involve picking up and returning your computer we charge an extra £10, we also offer a Backup CD/DVD of all your files for £10. On a "Basic" repair this would bring the cost of a reset to £35+£10+£10 (£55 Including Backup CD/DVD).
