We here at NXS Computers are busy scurrying into our new store and getting everything ready for our first computer repair, We have plenty of space now to get even more pc and laptop repairs done in the same amount of time. 

We are having internet problems ourselves currently, with our provider making a patchwork of the road and a mountain out of the problem, but a cunning solution to the current problem has been found, our posters are ordered, and we are getting ready to open the doors to our repairs centre. 

With all this going on I thought I should take a moment to mention what we do and how we do it in a more personal way.

I’ll start with the reason for adding a blog, at NXS Computers we use WordPress (which is primarily a blogging tool) as a framework for all of our Web Design services. Even our own site is created using this framework, so until now we have been overlooking the power of blogging.

My motivation for starting NXS Computers was to bring great value Computer repair services to the masses, I realised that my big competitors basically charge as much as they can get away with then a little more, you only have to take the “big boy” PC chain to see that you’re not getting value for money. So with that in mind I started my little computer repair company, I decided I was going to undercut the big competitors (not hard), and undercut some of the local business that were charging the earth for sub-standard computer services (I must point out “some”, not all). The only other key to my business is that I always try to provide the best service, better than anybody else around. My father once told me “never leave a customer satisfied only leave them Delighted”.
